History: * He was born to the Inumaki clan, the first descendant with cursed speech technique in several generations. The clan is considered an outlaw clan, the curse is technically 'illegal' and they've been trying to breed it out of the family, making Toge a pariah among his clan. The standing policy is to wait for the sorcerers to die off - they are not permitted to have children due to the risk of passing on the technique.
* A danger and a liability as a child, Toge remained within the walls of the clan's grounds and did at some points accidentally curse people around him before he figured out how to minimize his technique.
* Toge was admitted to the Tokyo Metropolitan Curse Technical College at the age of 15 and given the rank of second-grade sorcerer, meaning he was permitted to be thrown out into solitary missions from the beginning. It is unknown if he has an execution order hanging over his head.
* He would befriend his classmates Panda and Maki, but the late addition of Yuta Okkotsu changed his life significantly as they became best friends, bonding both over having the experience of out of control curses and frankly some silly misunderstandings.
* Toge would play a role in teaching Yuta how to handle missions, show off his technique and later protect him when Suguru Geto would attack the technical college in December of that year.
* By the end of his first year he would be promoted to semi-grade 1, having been recommended and tested but the paperwork is not filed.
* During the inter-school tournament, when the special grade curses attacked the technical school again Toge would be the first to encounter them and would play a role in getting his classmates to safety, ensure they were aware of the threat and did his best to fight - albeit he would be forced to retire from the battle fairly early.
* After his seventeenth birthday, on Halloween night, there would be a major event in Shibuya where Kenjaku unleashed untold horrors, trapping thousands of civilians in a curtain of panic and terror as they attacked. Toge's job in Shibuya was to be crowd control, using his technique to placate, calm and look after thousands of regular citizens to ensure their panic didn't cause more problems. Unfortunately, when Sukuna activated his domain expansion to its fullest extent, not only did Toge's charges all get decimated under his watch but it left him a torn up mess, ultimately leading to him losing his left arm. He was lucky to have survived.
Personality: ✽ What is your character's main motivation? What drives them and keeps them going?
Toge is not actually motivated by a lot, aside from his own survival. He's very numb to things like that. His entire life he's been told his life is worthless and unwanted, and whatever he can manage to do will be more than anyone ever expected of him. He does as he's told because the consequences if he doesn't are likely his execution. He is, however, incredibly ride-or-die with Yuta, and if the other should call upon him to do anything at all, he would do it. No questions asked.
✽ What is their biggest regret? Why?
He should say something like not being able to save the people he intends to, but he's been trained and designed not to feel those things. His true regret is probably the same as everyone else's - that he'd been born with this cursed technique at all. It's given him nothing but grief, it gives everyone around him grief and he feels in situations with the general pubic, or new people, like he's just dragging them down. He's acutely aware that his frequent need to be silent is taken as unnerving or creepy and he can't change that.
✽ What is their worst fear? Their greatest comfort?
His worst fear is to fail those he cares about. He's not afraid to die, but if he couldn't do something for his classmates, he would feel bad about that. His greatest comfort is actually cooking.
✽ Top three strengths?
He's an excellent cook, he's extremely athletic and he has a green thumb.
✽ Top three weaknesses?
He has yet to compensate for being down an arm, he feels like he needs more stamina for his cursed technique and he's not a morning person.
✽ What was their last lie?
He's convinced some poor soul he should be out of bed two weeks after he nearly died.
Inventory: Five bottles of cough syrup, his cell phone, a pen and his wallet.
Abilities: Cursed Energy: A well of cursed energy that Toge can draw upon to use for his technique. He has more than he can presently use, he's restricted only by his stamina and the physical limitations of his body. This can be used in a variety of subtle ways, like making proper landings from impossibly high jumps through subtle manipulation. Primarily, he uses it for his cursed speech technique.
Cursed Speech: Through the snake and fangs seal on his cheeks and tongue, Toge is constantly, consistently leaking cursed energy when engaging his vocal chords. His technique cannot be controlled - only mitigated. He muffles his voice to the best of his ability and has a string of safe words to avoid influencing the actions of others.
When he wants to use his speech, to pinpoint a target, he will uncover his mouth and speak one, maybe two words to get the desired outcome. If the desired outcome is impossible, it's made possible with his cursed energy. (Example: 'Explode' will cause an explosion thanks to his own cursed energy.) This technique works on all that can hear him. They will be forced to comply with his will and what he says. He is only restricted by his imagination, and his technique even works through phone calls.
The drawbacks of this technique are immense. His voice first goes hoarse and he might lose it, but at the worst his vocal chords snap completely, requiring a trip to get some healing.

Functionally, ooc, no one would be forced to be subjected to this. Toge is an excellent self-regulator, but aside from that I may use open ended prompts with the option - like in the TDM - or it would be cleared with others beforehand.)
Physicality/Stamina: Toge has hand to hand combat abilities along with his speech, and some very gymnastic-like moves. He's known to be a very fast runner. He's much quicker and resilient than an ordinary human. His stamina is significantly high as that's what he trains the most to compliment his technique.
In terms of his overall abilities, on par with grade 1 sorcerers and able to go toe to toe with special grade curses as described, tanks might not be enough to take him down.
