⯌ Cursed Energy
Toge has a lot of cursed energy at his disposal, something he's working to increase because it feeds his actual skill.
⯌ Cursed Speech No matter what Toge says, if it can be cursed or interpreted in any way as an order/command then whoever he's talking to will be forced to do as he says. This is a curse he cannot turn off. It's to this end that Toge only speaks in riceball ingredients. It has huge power but a huge backlash.
⯌ Combat Senses/Athleticism He has excellent combat sense and can engage in decent hand to hand combat, although it's not his primary mode of fighting. He's quick and nimble and on par with some of the best, but his limits are very human.

He'd be more surprised than anything, but it's also not wise to sneak up on him. He's combat oriented and might dodge unexpectedly, he's not likely to strike out without thought however.
⯌ Mental Contact By all means. I'm not normally one for this, but Toge is almost functionally mute, being able to communicate with him telepathically could be a huge asset, as it's his speech that's impacted.
⯌ Flirt Toge doesn't really have romance on the brain because he's quite hamstrung by his curse, and ultimately he's not supposed to be thinking about it but he's very human. I'm definitely open to this.

⯌ Injury This is fine.
⯌ Death Ask first, but more than likely yes.
