SUITABILITY: Toge is a powerful, tenacious guy who is good at following orders and doing what he's told. He's not big on rocking the boat, and he's essentially been raised and sees himself as being just a weapon in the sorcerer toolkit. He has encountered a great deal of monsters/curses in his world and most often works alone, due to his power level. He's been performing solo missions since he was 15 and entered Tokyo Jujutsu Tech. LILITH would likely know he's the kind of person who will take missions willingly and throw himself in harm's way repeatedly.

POWERS & SKILLS:
* Curse sense: Toge can sense curse energy faster than most people and can use it to track down curses/sorcerers. He can also gauge how strong his target is through their energy, he uses this to tailor the strength of his technique.
* Cursed energy manipulation: He can manipulate cursed energy for techniques and in smaller ways like to protect himself from injury when leaping off buildings by using it to cushion the impact somewhat, it's not foolproof.
* Cursed technique - Cursed Speech: Manipulating cursed energy, Toge can speak and manifest status effects and attacks as long as the other person can hear him. Favourites include putting people to sleep, crushing or twisting limbs, making things explode, or freezing curses in place, briefly. He cannot turn off his technique, it constantly rips away at his vocal cords. The stronger the curse from him, the bigger the backlash, until his vocal cords snap.
* Linguistics - Onigiri Language: Toge has created a language all his own for the purpose of protecting people. His vocabulary runs about 10 words, and they are all riceball ingredients. This allows him to avoid unnecessary or unwanted suggestions, and likely makes his technique all the more powerful, because it adds a dimension of fear/letting one's guard down.
NERFED POWERS: While Cursed Speech threads the needle a bit on the mind control side, it's less that and more that he's manifesting what he wants to have happen. While he technically could order someone to die, he wouldn't because the backlash to him would be immense. The mechanics of his speech have a pretty good failsafe, but for nerfing purposes in the event he did tell someone to die, it wouldn't work, and Toge would eat the cost, potentially dying himself.
PERSONAL ITEM: Toge would like a face mask, so he's not just cursing people left and right accidentally. The barrier helps. Black with cute riceball stitched into the corner.
