IC permissions

• physical contact Toge will be somewhat confused, but once you're at least friends he can be touchy if he's given the permission to be so.
• mental contact Telepathy's okay, anything else please ask.
• fighting/injury This boy loves a good fight.
• death If you ask in advance, probably.
• other Toge doesn't have any IC limits either - he's not exactly from the best world. It should be noted though that he comes from a highly miserable secret society where things like murder and death are commonplace.
